Mr. Gill is the former National Director of Property Tax Services for Ernst & Young’s State and Local Tax Practice, and specializes in property tax matters throughout the United States. Mr. Gill has more than 15 years of experience handling property tax appeals related to the valuation of real and personal property for industrial property, hotels, office buildings, multi-family units, retail operations, health care facilities and other commercial property. He is also experienced in the area of state tax exemptions for qualifying property.
