Mr. Danzinger is a former partner of Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn, and has practiced in the area of property tax for more than 14 years. He has successfully represented commercial property owners in proceedings before local Boards of Revision, The Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, Courts of Common Pleas, Courts of Appeals and The Ohio Supreme Court. The type of properties that have been successfully litigated include shopping malls, hotels/motels, office buildings, apartments, health care facilities, industrial properties and vacant land. Mr. Danzinger’s experience also includes the representation of clients in civil litigation in both State and Federal Courts.
